Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for safe circuit layouts
- Conduct diagnostic testing using multimeters and specialized equipment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and NEC standards
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain MN electrical license within 12 months
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
