Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams across 3 international innovation hubs
- Secure $15M+ in government/private funding for emerging tech initiatives
- Develop commercialization frameworks for breakthrough technologies with 5+ year adoption cycles
- Establish industry-wide ethical standards for next-gen AI and biotech applications
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants and international innovation funding
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
