Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks according to blueprints and schematics.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and assist in implementing solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Study trade manuals and electrical codes to enhance technical knowledge and prepare for licensure exams.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience is required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and geometry is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
