Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn pipefitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning techniques
- Follow safety protocols and building codes
- Transport materials and maintain job site cleanliness
- Document work orders and inventory usage
- Participate in ongoing skills training modules
- Develop diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
