Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform physical labor (digging, lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs)
- Report safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
