Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Manage tools and equipment inventory for job sites
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
