Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and compliance
- Follow verbal instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols
- Support various trades (carpentry, masonry, etc.) as needed for project completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- No prior construction experience necessary – we train!
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
