Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and safety compliance
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Participate in team projects with a focus on quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and willingness to learn technical procedures
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
