Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
