- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under night shift conditions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow precise blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong work ethic with night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
