Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members
- Participate in project-specific training sessions
- Support team members in completing daily construction tasks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites in PA/NY region
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screen
