- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at construction sites
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work area
- Support various construction tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Participate in team projects to meet daily construction goals
Qualifications
