Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and basic installations
- Maintain clean and safe job sites by removing debris and organizing tools/equipment
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools under supervision (e.g., jackhammers, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Milwaukee area
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
