Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and deliver supplies to designated areas
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling components
- Adapt to changing project requirements and weather conditions
- Participate in team briefings and demonstrate willingness to learn new skills
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to workplace safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
