Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including debris removal and waste management.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as digging, mixing concrete, or sanding.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and regulations on-site at all times.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications to ensure quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths, areas, and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
