Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic tools and equipment such as brooms, shovels, and wheelbarrows.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and cleanup.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Measure and mark areas for cutting and installation as directed.
- Perform basic site preparation including digging, leveling, and concrete pouring support.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and foremen regarding project needs.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
