Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Perform trenching, excavation support, and demolition tasks
- Participate in framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, dust)
