Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Participate in erecting scaffolding, braces, and temporary structures
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
