Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely and efficiently
- Perform basic cleanup, debris removal, and site maintenance duties
- Learn and execute construction techniques under direct supervision
- Operate hand tools and power equipment after proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
