Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and holes for various construction projects.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep the construction site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, site protocols, and company policies strictly.
- Perform general cleanup duties and site maintenance as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
