Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on-site
- Prepare construction sites (clear debris, dig trenches, set up safety barriers)
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Support team members with lifting, carrying, and material handling
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team player with positive attitude
