Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup duties and debris removal
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
