Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades with material handling and site prep
- Complete daily tasks efficiently and meet project timelines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
