Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Participate in team-based construction projects on residential/commercial sites
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Fresno County
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
