Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties under supervision
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for accurate installations
- Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical components
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently for conduit/wiring projects
- Assist in load calculations and circuit design for new constructions
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school graduates preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory and safety standards
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/outdoor environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Arizona state residency required
