Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues and malfunctions
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and equipment installation
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Wisconsin Electrician license within 12 months
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
