Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults using diagnostic tools
- Follow strict safety protocols and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
- Install wiring, conduits, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or trade program preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
