Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and sewer lines
- Install new plumbing systems according to blueprints and local codes
- Perform emergency plumbing services with rapid response capabilities
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure team compliance with safety protocols
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for high-value clients
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Master Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification and current CPR/First Aid training
- Expert knowledge of Florida plumbing codes and regulations
- Advanced diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
