Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing emergencies during weekend shifts
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drains
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections for weekend clients
- Provide accurate cost estimates and transparent billing solutions
- Utilize digital dispatch tools for efficient route optimization
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools for weekend service calls
- Document service reports using our mobile CRM system
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license and driver's license
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
