Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems with precision and efficiency.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective, long-lasting solutions to customers.
- Ensure all work performed complies with local, state, and national building codes and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and maintaining a clean work area.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing systems to prevent future failures.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate quotes and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site travel.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity required for manual labor.
- Valid OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
