Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPerform safety checks and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Install conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
