Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced team members with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations strictly.
- Maintain Equipment: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform Basic Tasks: Help with pulling wire, mounting fixtures, and testing circuits under supervision.
- Document Work: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and time logs.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and homeowners to answer questions about services.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Problem Solving: Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
