Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Learn to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under direct supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Tools and Materials: Help prepare job sites, organize tools, and manage inventory of materials.
- Reading Blueprints: Begin training on how to interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Learn to use multimeters and testing equipment to diagnose circuit issues.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all debris is removed after shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required—we will train you!
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver’s license required for job site travel.
- Communication: Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
