Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential electrical systems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute projects.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Mentor and train apprentice electricians, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in the electrical field.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
