Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components to ensure compliance with local and national codes.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with strict safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and mechanical principles.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
