Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit, stripping wire, and connecting fixtures.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety regulations (OSHA) are followed.
- Load and unload tools and materials from service vehicles at job sites.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working at heights.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and a commitment to safety.
- Basic math skills are preferred for measuring and calculating materials.
