Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Use hand/power tools safely for wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation
- Follow OSHA and NEC safety protocols on all job sites
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components
- Help troubleshoot issues and assist in resolving electrical problems
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool management
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
