Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Assist with wiring, conduit installation, and circuit testing
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in various conditions (climbing, lifting)
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to complete state-mandated training programs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
