Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Install conduits, wire, and electrical fixtures according to NEC and local codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Document work orders and time logs efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred (trade school students encouraged to apply).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of math and geometry.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Skills: Residential Wiring, Commercial Electrical, Safety Protocols, Troubleshooting, Hand Tools, Blueprint Reading, NEC Compliance.
