Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand electrical schematics and diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform Basic Electrical Tasks: Help with wiring, conduit bending, mounting fixtures, and outlet installations.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain Tools and Equipment: Keep work area organized and ensure all tools are in proper working condition.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and measurements.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn the trade.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
