Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide project updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
