Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical specifications
- Install conduit, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components per NEC standards
- Perform safety checks and troubleshooting on residential/commercial systems
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Document work progress and complete project reports
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-paid)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within 50-mile radius
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
