Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians in residential/commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Install wiring, conduits, and electrical fixtures
- Perform safety checks and code compliance verification
- Maintain organized tool inventory and job sites
- Participate in 40-hour/month paid training sessions
- Document work progress using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Pass background check and substance screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain Colorado apprentice license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
