Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to National Electrical Code standards
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Install wiring, conduits, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills for accurate installations
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrician license within 12 months
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
