Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment (drills, saws, testers)
- Install/conduit wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Perform circuit testing and troubleshooting under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work sites and follow safety protocols
- Complete training modules to develop core electrical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior electrical experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
