Responsibilities
- Assist in installing electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagramsFollow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and materials used
- Participate in ongoing skill development training
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
