Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Safely operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Follow NEC codes and safety protocols for all tasks
- Perform residential and commercial electrical work under supervision
- Document project progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
