Responsibilities

- Read blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and OSHA standards
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Use hand/power tools safely and maintain organized workspaces
- Document work progress and report issues to supervisors
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification prep
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation to job sites
