Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Use hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Prepare job sites, run wiring/conduits, and perform basic troubleshooting
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Long Beach and Orange County
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-sponsored)
