Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Perform basic wiring tasks under supervision (e.g., stripping wire, connecting outlets).
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Complete daily job reports and log materials used.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn a trade and build a long-term career.
